Then follow these four steps:

 

1. Select Layby/Layaway as payment plan.
2. 20% will automatically be calculated as deposit.
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Proceed with normal checkout

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS?

There are two ways to make a layby payment;

1. Calling our showroom on 55925692 between 9 AM - 4:30 PM AEST
2. Online through "My Account" DESKTOP INSTRUCTIONS or MOBILE INSTRUCTIONS

DESKTOP INSTRUCTIONS 

1. When you are ready to make a payment on your item simply go to "MY ACCOUNT" and click on "ORDERS"


2. Locate your order NO. and click "PAY"

3. Select your payment method "Mastercard" or "Visa" and input the details
4. Enter the amount you want to pay and click "Process credit card payment."

5. Congratulations you are one step closer to owning the designer item of your dreams!

MOBILE INSTRUCTIONS 

1. When you are ready to make a payment on your item simply go to "ACCOUNT" and click on "ORDERS"
2. Locate your order NO. and click "PAY"

3. Select your payment method "Mastercard" or "Visa" and input the details
4. Enter the amount you want to pay and click "Process credit card payment"
5. Congratulations you are one step closer to owning the designer item of your dreams!




WHY LAYBY/LAYAWAY?

  1. Layaway allows you to buy an item using payment installments over time so you can buy that must have item now now even if you don't yet have all the funds available.
  2. The bag will be sent to you after the final payment is complete.
  3. Layaway allows you to hide your big purchase from others in your household by making smaller, less conspicuous payments.

LAYBY/ LAYAWAY TERMS


1.Timing and Amount of Instalment Payments. 
A minimum of one instalment payment of must be made every 7 days from the date of your previous payment. You may pay more frequently, or you may make more than one payment at a time, if you wish. 

2.Cancellation Fee. 
If at any time during the term of this Agreement you decide not to proceed with your purchase, Seller will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of the item, to cover Seller’s costs of storage, administrative and GST costs. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amounts you have paid up to the date of cancellation. Any balance will be returned to you. If the amount of the cancellation fee exceeds the total amount you have paid, Seller has the right to recover the balance owing from you as a debt. 

3.Failure to Make an Installment Payment. 
In the event that you fail to make any payment when due, or if Seller is unable to process your payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason due to your neglect or failure to make provisions for such payment, Seller may terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion. Any fees or charges incurred by Seller with respect to a dishonoured payment will be payable by you and Seller is at liberty to recover such outstanding amounts as a debt. 

4.Failure to Complete Purchase. 
In the event that you fail to complete all payments by the end of the stated Completion Date, Seller may terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion. In such event, Seller will charge a cancellation fee as set out in paragraph 2 above. 

5.Grace Period. 
All lay-by orders are granted a 1-week grace period during which you can decide to proceed or cancel, without incurring the cancellation fee. 

6.Shipping. 
Orders will not be shipped or released until the remaining balance has been paid in full. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
